2. Description of Service

TexForge is a free web tool that converts plain text resume content into LaTeX code, PDF, and Word documents. The service uses an AI language model to generate document structure and formatting. Output quality may vary based on input clarity and content.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use TexForge to:

  • Submit content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Attempt to overload, scrape, or abuse the API in a way that degrades service for others.
  • Use automated scripts to mass-generate output without reasonable personal use.
  • Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the service or its underlying infrastructure.

4. No Guarantee of Output Accuracy

TexForge generates LaTeX code and documents using AI, which may occasionally produce imperfect results. We do not guarantee that generated code will compile without errors or produce a flawless resume. You are responsible for reviewing and adjusting the output before use.

5. Intellectual Property

The LaTeX code, PDF, and Word output generated from your resume input is yours to use freely. TexForge does not claim any ownership over the content you submit or the output produced from it. The TexForge application itself, including its design, code, and branding, is the property of the developer.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

TexForge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected. Use of the service is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TexForge and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. The service is built on Lovable's infrastructure and AI integrations, and availability depends on those underlying providers.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of TexForge after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
